DB 36

We parkerized yesterday. It was a huge batch. The bead blaster ran for three weeks straight prepping parts. I am glad that it is done. I was waiting on the parkerizing to start on final assembly on this early 36. It is a great bike, and one of the most important motorcycles that I will ever work on.

You have to have a beautiful engine to make a beautiful bike. I think that this is the prettiest version of all knucklehead motors.

Here is the rear fender mounted up. I will tighten it up in the morning. I love my life. Tim and I are cleaning and re organizing the shop, that is why all of the parts cans are on the lift behind the bike.
